An antique Russian Orthodox icon of Mother Of God - Iverskaya, Healer of Diseases of Soul and Body. The hand-painted icon with egg tempera, gesso, and levkas on wood panel overlaid with an embossed gilt silver riza/ oklad. Titled in the Cyrillic lower to the center. Circa: 19th century. Marked with Russian hallmarks, Silver standard mark, and Assay marks, below. Total Weight: 117 g. Antique Russian religious items and collectibles.
