LARGE ANTIQUE 19 C FRENCH GILT WOOD OVAL MIRROR
A large antique French gilt wood and gesso oval and beveled mirror made in the Napoleon III decorative arts style with fine chiseled decorations of the frame in stucco inspired by the Louis XVI style, two female portrait medallions adorned with laurel leaves to the top and bottom and flower motifs to both sides. Circa the second half of the 19th century. Antique French Mirrors For Collectors.
Dimensions: Frame 54 x 38 in. Image 31 1/2 x 24 in. All measurements are approximate.
Condition: Overall good vintage condition. Some signs of age and wear. Frame has cracks and chips. Refer to photos. Sold As Is.
