Brooks and Sons 171 Strand on the bottom. A pen drawing of a rooster on the bottom. Handwritten inscription Paris Art Store 6 East 14th St in pencil on the backside. White mat, wooden frame. Dimensions: Framed 22 1/2 x 32 1/2 in. Plate 12 x 21 in. All measurements are approximate.
