RARE ASIAN PRIMITIVE NEO TRIBAL TALISMAN NECKLACE
A rare Asian Neo Tribal Ethnic Dayak Iban talisman necklace. The necklace is adorned with beads made of glass and stones and figural pendants. The ware is adorned with hand painted blue and white ceramic pendants featuring images of dragons and traditional ornaments. One pendant depicts Hotei. The Primitive Tribal Orang Ulu, Iban and Dayak women wore with pride these original one of a kind necklaces. Beads were always considered to have magical properties and were worn by the upper class.
