ANTIQUE PATINATED BRONZE SCULPTURE OF A GIRL SIGNED
A brown-patinated cast bronze sculpture. Presumably Italian, early 20th century. The artwork represents a standing young girl with a doll. Titled Colombina and signed by the artist, Mauricio, on the base. Columbine or Colombina is a stock character in the Italian commedia dell arte. She is Harlequins mistress, a comic servant playing the tricky slave type, and wife of Pierrot. Collectible Sculpture And Decor.
