Old and beautiful mobile library-paneling in solid Renaissance neoclassical walnut, eighteenth century. Of Calatine origin already located in a prestigious building of Caltagirone and now at the notary office, it is a unique example of Sicilian cabinet commissioned by noble Sicilian family.
The library is composed of six modules, three on each side, of which the last curved that with a trabeation in head agrees with the opposite side, creating a semi-elliptical shape or a horseshoe.
Each module is composed of a base H 90 cm double wooden door surmounted by a double door showcase H 175 cm from hair to which a trabeation with several rows of moldings, superimposed on a notched frame. The shape projecting overlying assumes an aspect, typical of the eighteenth century, the height is around the hat is 29 cm.
Number eight fluted columns of the Corinthian order, four per side H 175 cm excellent sculptural quality, adorn the side elevations giving volume and dignity to the entire composition of the wooden library.
The state of the conversation is great, the furniture is disassembled into parts and is available for transportation to any destination.
