Леонид Федорович Голованов (1904-1980) – художник-график, живописец, иллюстратор. Наиболее известен как плакатист. Член Союза художников СССР (1932). Лауреат Сталинской премии второй степени (за серию военных плакатов, 1946). Заслуженный деятель искусств РСФСР (1954).
