Israel 1948, a letter inside Haifa stamped as a printed word on a three-mile Hebrew postage stamp, since the tab on the back was affixed to the letter specific to the letter as a regular letter. Hebrew mail, the letter was actually fined 15 miles by a 15-mile Hebrew postage stamp with two mandatory Haifa T-stamps, a very rare letter because on May 28, 1948, there were still no postage stamps in Haifa.
ישראל 1948 , מכתב בתוך חיפה שבויל כדברי דפוס בבול דואר עברי שלוש מיל , מאחר והלשונית מאחורה הודבקה הדואר התייחס למכתב כאל מכתב רגיל ולכן היה חוסר ביול של 7 מיל שהקנס עליו היה צריך להיות 14 מיל, מאחר והיה קשה מאוד להגיע לצירוף של 14 מיל בבולי דואר עברי, המכתב נקנס למעשה ב-15 מיל על ידי בול דואר עברי 15 מיל עם שני חותמות T החיפאי המנדטורי , מכתב נדיר ביותר כי ב 28 למאי 1948 עדיין לא היו בולי דמי דואר בחיפה
