PAIR OF PORTRAITS OF A SALEM, MA COUPLE. ATTR. BENJAMIN BLYTH.
Attributed to Benjamin Blyth (Massachusetts, 1746-1786), in presumably the original frames which are identical to those of the John and Abigail Adams portraits in the Massachusetts Historical Society. Each 22.5 x 17.25 inches, sight. Frames 27 x 22 inches. One frame with missing corner decoration. Portraits are in very good condition, laid down on archival backing board. Some losses around edges.
