The healing of the paralytic is one of Jesus' miracles, set at the Betzaeta Pool in Jerusalem, a fact reported exclusively by the Gospel according to John (5,1-18). The artificial and shiny colors of this work and the studied poses of the figures allow it to be identified as an expression of Roman mannerism of the second half of the sixteenth century.
State of conservation: good, work has been restored and relined
