Antique c1860 Garden of Roses Quilt
Antique c1860 Red and Green Applique Quilt we are calling Garden of Roses. It measures 94 x 92 inches. Comprised of 4 blocks 30x30 inches, set straight 2 by 2. Each block contains roses at various stages with leaves and buds. There is a 16.5" border on all 4 sides with an undulating vine and more roses, leaves and berries. It is hand pieced, hand appliqued and hand quilted with thin cotton batting and an off white cotton reverse. Edge is finished with a white cotton solid fabric. The workmanship on this quilt is amazing! It is in good condition with toning in areas and several small spots, small hole by the binding. If you have any doubt, please ask questions! We will provide extra pictures, or can schedule an in person or video conference preview at your convenience. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $25 is a domestic shipping estimate for first quilt and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
