Book 'Chazon Ish' - Mikvaot Machshirin. A copy given as a gift by the 'Chazon Ish' to the Beit Yosef Yeshiva in Safed
Sefer Chazon Ish - Mikvaot Machshirin. Vilna, 1935. A copy given as a gift by Maran Chazon Ish to the Beit Yosef Yeshiva in Safed. On the title page is a handwritten: "A gift from the author and must not be taken out of the yeshiva", along with ink stamps of the "Beit Yosef" yeshiva in Safed.
In the 1930s, the Chazon Ish lived for a long time in Safed for health purposes. During this period he studied mainly in Rabbi Yosef Karo's beit midrash in the Old City, which was called "Beit Yosef". And apparently at that time gave as a gift his book to the yeshiva students who studied in his area.
