A huge collection of receipts - the old settlement in the Land of Israel
A collection of about 330 early receipts given to donors to institutions and organizations in the Land of Israel in the first half of the 20th century. Among other, there are receipts from institutions that operated only for a short time, receipts in special designs with paintings, pictures, and an impressive lithographic print. The collection includes a particularly wide variety of Eretz Israel institutions such as organizations that rescued Jews during and after the Holocaust, Many yeshivas and Torah institutions - Hasidim, Lithuanians, and members of the old community, many charities that assisted poor and sick scholars, Chabad institutions, as well as receptions of national institutions, and Institutes engaged in Hebrew education, and more.
