Emissary letter for Kollel Tiberias appointing Elio Yilouz as a messenger for the holy institutions in the city, Elio Yilouz was sent to Egypt and Na Amon and the surrounding cities (with details of each city in particular to which he was sent), to collect donations for the holy fund of Rabbi Meir Ba'al Hanes.
