In one, brief instructions for applying for the registration of Jewish property in the territory of the German Reich: Jews with foreign citizenship must register if they have a place of residence in the Reich territory even if they are not citizens of the Reich, the registration must be submitted with a detailed property assessment by October 31, 1938. The additional document provides extensive details on how Jewish assets are registered: the husband and wife must each submit a separate list of their assets, and a separate list of assets must be submitted for each of their sons, among the provisions it is necessary to indicate whether the assets generate income or not, and more. Section 5 contains the Nazi definition of who is a "Jew" for the purpose of filing the declaration: anyone whose grandparents are Jewish, anyone who belongs to the Jewish religious community as of September 16, 1935, married or married to a Jew. Rarely, the forms signed with Nazi ink stamps of the German Reich were sent to a Jew who had already left Berlin and was living at the time in Tel Aviv in Eretz Israel, and as detailed on the accompanying page, German citizens living outside the Reich, including Turkey and the Middle East, were also required to submit the registration by October 31, 1938. The application was sent to Eretz Israel on August 25, 1938 - the official envelope of the Gestapo in Berlin with the swastika emblem in which it was sent also appears, and on both pages where he filled out the list of his property details.
