"Pnei Sokolov" - An Early Rare Medallion
A pendant made of enamel. Featuring a white Star of David on a blue background with the inscription "Pnei Sokolov" on top of a golden "A flying scroll". Likely from one of the Zionist organizations in Europe in the 1920s, after Sokolov was elected Chairman of the Zionist Executive (at the 12th Zionist Congress in 1921, a role he served until the 17th Zionist Congress in 1931, while he was appointed President of the World Zionist Organization in 1932). Rare.
Maximum diameter: 3 cm. Very good condition.
