On the side of the cup, a delicate engraving reads: 1912 Presented by the Brethren of the "MOUNT GILEAD" BEACON NO' 21 O.A. MACCABE AUS BRO.S GUTTENTAG COMMANDER on the occasion of his marriager To Miss E.CARNOVSKEI Aug. 29th 1912 ט"ו אלול תרע"ב. According to the Silver Hallmarks, the Cup Was Made in Sheffield (Shield Hallmark) – England, Sterling Silver 925 (Lion Hallmark), Manufacturer: MS.
Decorated with leaf and floral motifs.
