Marc Chagall (1887-1985), Lovers - Watercolor, gouache and pencil on a blueish ”Fabrino” paper (according to the watermark) 1930's 65 x 48 cm Signed (lower right). Provenance: Gallery Katia Granoff , Paris Esther and Salomon Goldberg, purchased from the above between 1949 -1952. Danielle and Jaques Goldberg by descent. Notes: See a photo of the Goldberg couple from 1965 in their house in 20, Tue du Laboureur Montmorency  circa 1960 with the Chagall on the wall.
