Three Documents – Purchase of Lands in Gush Etzion and near Rachel's Tomb, 1908-1936
1-2. Two documents of "El HaHar" society, founded by Shmuel Zvi Holzman, concerning purchase of lands in Gush Etzion. One document - sale deed of four pages (1934) for purchase of 50 dunam in an area designated for "K'far Etzion" settlement. Hand-signed by Holzman and includes a small map of the area. The second document - a letter sent by "El HaHar" society, on official stationery, with an invitation to a meeting of buyers. Signed in print.
3. "Kol BaRama Nishma", proclamation from1908 by the Rishon LeZion Rabbi Eliyahu Moshe Fenijel, calling to acquire land near Rachel's Tomb for building a neighborhood which will be called "Beit Rachel Imenu". Single leaf, printed on both sides.
Size and condition vary. Overall good condition.
