Fascinating Yiddish booklet published upon the Twenty Fifth anniversary of the Va’ad Ha’Yeshivos. With many articles on the activities of various Gedolim of behalf of the Yeshivos including the Chofetz Chaim, R. Chaim Ozer Grodzensky, R. Elchonon Wasserman, R. Baruch Ber Leibowitz, R. Yitzchok Isaac Herzog, R. Isser Zalman Meltzer and R. Zalman Sorotzkin.
The Va’ad Ha’Yeshivos was established in Vilna in 1924, by the Chofetz Chaim and R. Chaim Ozer Grodzensky, to create a support network for the Yeshivos in Poland and Lithuania. In 1941, it was reestablished in Eretz Yisroel by R. Yitzchok Isaac HaLevy Herzog and R. Zalman Sorotzkin.
Includes many rare photographs.
