R. Yitzchok Isaac Ha’Levy Epstein (1780-1857), was one of the most prominent Chassidim of R. Shneur Zalman of Liadi (The Alter Rebbe), The Mittler Rebbe and the Tzemach Tzedek. Known as great Talmid Chochom and Tzaddik. Although he was repeatedly asked to serve as a Rebbe he declined.
