A postcard showing Yemenite Jews reading the Torah inside the Sanaa synagogue. Titled in French. The photo was apparently taken by Hermann Burchardt, the first photographer to document the Jewish community of Yemen in pictures. Published by the Armenian Sarrafian Bros. Beirut, Lebanon. Circa early 20th century. Good condition, wear.
