British Soldier in Palestine - Nazi Propaganda Photo
Photp, apparently part of a propaganda series from the Nazi era, depicting a British soldiers during WWI in Palestine. Described on the back: In 1916 England promised the land to the Arabs, in 1917 to the Jews, while in reality it wanted the land for economic and strategic reasons - oil supply from Mesoptamia to the mediterranean and guarding the Suez Canal. Apparently, circa the 1930s.
Approximately 12X17 cm. Good condition, glue residues and paper peel to the back, wear.
