A Division One Silver Pictorial Backmarked Button
1 Small early 20th century third avenue silver figural button.
These buttons with the specific backmark of "Knopf Konig GRAZ" around the shank have become quite popular over the past several years, especially after Don Lanier's in depth study of these little interesting buttons. This example from the collection of the late Shirley Case of Missouri depicts two men wrestling.
Issued: DIVISION 1=PRE 1918 AND DIVISION 3 IS AFTER 1918
