End of the 20th century, white gold stamped 585, ring head approx. 15 mm high, set with an oval faceted, deep blue sapphire, surrounded by 23 brilliant-cut diamonds in a dome setting of together approx. 0.3 ct, minimal wear marks, RW 17 mm, G approx. 4.1 g.
