Handwriting of the Admor HaBaba Meir, Rabbi Meir Abuhatzir, with signatures of dayanim of Arpod (Morocco), 1950.
Page, written on both sides in the handwriting of the dayan Rabbi Avraham Elesri, long list of assets and properties, objects, and other items, list of things brought by a wife when she married her husband, with their value in numbers. Most written in Moroccan Arabic. One of the pages has the addition of the handwriting and signature of Rabbi Meir Abuhatzira, the Baba Meir. Stamp in Arabic. Additional signatures. Rabbi Avraham Elesri (signed three times), Avraham ben Harush (signed 3 times). Baba Meir was the eldest son of the Baba Sali, served in the Moroccan Rabbinate, most of his days he dealt with avodat hashem, in 1965 he moved to Israel, and talmidei hacham came to his home in Ashdod, rabbis and heads of yeshiva cam to receive advice. His sons are famous Admors of the Abuhatzira family. Elazar, hy”d, and David Chai, of Nahariya. Excellent condition.
