Nª Srª c/Menino Jesus, Esc. XVIII, P: 40 g.
Our Lady with the Child Jesus, 18th century sculpture, in polychrome and gilded wood, with faces, hands and feet in ivory. Our Lady is represented standing on clouds and winged angels' heads, holding the Child Jesus in her left hand. Sitting on a base simulating rocks, with a representation of São Roque (?) lying next to the dog, at the feet of Our Lady. Silver crowns. No marks, under Decree-Law 120/2017, of 15 September - art. 2, no. 2, subparagraph c). With inventory number No. 249. Restorations, wear and minor flaws. Height approx. sculpture: 37.5 cm.; Height approx. total: 45.5 cm.; Weight approx. silver: 40 g.
