Robert Andrew Parker (American, b. 1927). Watercolor on paper depicting a sailboat sailing through mauve waters against a pink and purple sky. Signed and dated "3-1-60" along the lower left side.
Sight; height: 24 5/8 in x width: 31 1/2 in. Framed; height: 25 7/8 in x width: 32 7/8 in.
Condition: The item is in generally good condition with no major tears, creases, or losses. There is undulation and foxing throughout; foxing is most visible along the lower margin. To the lower left quadrant, there is a loss to the paper. To the lower left quadrant, there are minute losses to the paint. No visible sign of restoration. Framed under plexiglass; not inspected out of frame. Wear to the frame; the lower right corner is loosely attached.
