Excellent Swiss CH sabonet watch. E. LARDET (Fleurier), in a solid box with three strong 52 mm lids, the outer ones in guilloché, the inner smooth, with dust glass. Remontoir mechanical movement no. 21377, lever escapement, rubies, compensated bi-metal balance wheel. Elizabethan silver and gold dial with Roman numerals. Second at 6 o'clock C. 1890. Excellent condition (1). Running state. [Charles Edouard Lardet was born in 1802 in Fleurier, Switzerland, and became one of the most important watchmakers of the late nineteenth century, standing out for the precision, solidity and finish of his watches].
