Printed copy of President Harry Truman’s “Presidential Message” as distributed from the Headquarters of the 15th Army Group May 3 1945 congratulating Gen. MARK CLARK and the 15th Army Group which he commanded “in imposing unconditional surrender upon the enemy…No praise is adequate for the heroic achievements for the heroic achievements and magnificent courage of every individual under your command…Our thanks for your gallant leadership and the deathless valor of your men…” Clark has signed this print of the order in blue ink at bottom in the post-war years. Fine condition.
