Greeting letter by the Rebbe Rabbi Alter Horowitz. At the margins of the letter, his signature and three words in his handwriting. The letter is written on the Rebbe's official stationery. Tarnow, 1936.
Letters from the Rebbe are extremely rare! Has never been seen in auctions!
Rabbi Alter Yechezkel Eliyahu Horowitz (1885-1943), the only son of Rabbi Yehoshua of Dzikow, the author of "Ateret Yeshu'a". In 1909, he started to serve as a rabbi in Dzikow and after his father's death was also an admired Rebbe to myriad Hassidim. Later he moved to Tarnow. He died in the Holocaust.
Most rare! No other letters by him are known, and none have never been seen in auctions.
