A facsimile copy of "Sefer Meshalim" (book of fables), in Yiddish, printed in 1687, with various fables. Decorated with various woodcuts. Reprinted by Soncino Gesellschaft, a society of bibliographers and typographers which existed in Berlin in the 1920s-1930s. This was the society's first publication. Interior in good condition, cover worn and stained, spine missing. Unbound German cover page, as originally printed.
