Rare Letter from Rabbi Avraham of Radomsk, Author of Chessed L’Avraham "IF THE RABBI OF SANZ WILL AGREES TO THE MATTER THEN HE CAN ACCEPT"
A handwritten letter by Rabbi Avraham Yisaschar Hacohen Rabbinowicz of Radomsk, author of Chessed L'Avraham and son of the Tiferes Shlomo of Radomsk.
"I received the telegraph and if the Rabbi of Sanz (referring to Rabbi Chaim of Sanz) agrees to the matter then he can accept upon himself the canatorial, and if he does not agree, then I do not agree with the matter because a great dispute can arise from it."
Rabbi Avraham Yissaschar Hacohen Rabbinowicz (1843 – 1892) was the author of Chessed L'Avraham and son of the Tiferes Shlomo of Radomsk. He served as chassidic leader of Radomsk and his chassidic court was one of the most illustrious in all of Poland.
