Eight postcards with pictures and illustrations related to Theodor Herzl. Various publishers, [the first decades of the 20th century].
1. Photographed postcard. The photograph depicts a woman wearing a cloak with a picture of Herzl alongside a procession of immigrants to Palestine and a headdress with the Hebrew inscription "If I forget thee Jerusalem may my right be forgotten". On verso, a stamp of the studio in Antwerp – "Kunst Photo Emile Closjans Antwerpen", and a letter from 1925.
2. A postcard published by the head office of the JNF in Köln, Germany – a profile portrait of Herzl, beside his composition "Der Judenstaat", and in the background a painting by S. Rouchomovsky depicting the daughter of Zion released from her chains, leading the Jewish nation to its country.
3. Undivided commemorative postcard, with Herzl's portrait and a quote from his speech at the Fourth Zionist Congress that took place in London.
4-6. Three undivided postcards published by "Zion", Vienna. Two of them depict Herzl and one depicts his study.
7. Die Kinder Dr. Theodor Herzl's, Hans, Pauline, Gertrude, a postcard with a picture of Herzl's children, with their Hebrew names: Shimon, Tirtzah and Frumah.
8. "Shanah Tovah" greeting postcard with Herzl's portrait.
