Jewish Writer Alexandre Weill - Dedication to Sarah Halfon (Rothschild).
A long and rhymed dedication from Weill to Halfon, daughter of Benjamin Louis Meyer Rothschild.
Weill was raised as a religious Jewish boy, renounced Judaism, and went to Paris where he was a socialst, and close friend with Heinrich Heine. Later he returned to Judaism.
Very good condition, some wear and minor flaws, library copy.
