This publication is a chronological index of Pushkin's works published during his lifetime.

In the index, both Pushkin's works that first appeared in print during his lifetime and reprints, the authors give only chronological dates relative to the former; as for reprints (during the poet's lifetime), the authors found a number of new works that escaped the commentators of Pushkin's works.

To determine the time of publication of Pushkin's works were used: 1) notices in Newspapers and magazines about the publication of individual editions of Pushkin's works or books of magazines and almanacs in which the poet's works were published; 2) the most books of magazines, sometimes having dates of their publication, sometimes only censored dates, sometimes by examining their content giving some indication of the time of their appearance; 3) Pushkin's correspondence, and in other cases, the correspondence of his contemporaries; 4) reviews in magazines of Pushkin's works and 5) the book "Affairs of the III Department of A.
