[Reinke Nikolai Mikhailovich (1849, Saint Petersburg province–?).

 Graduated from the faculty of law of Saint Petersburg University. In 1872, he began public service in the Ministry of justice and was seconded to study in the 4th Department of the government Senate. He served until 1876, was a Secretary and correcting the duties of the chief Secretary. Then he was transferred as a Secretary to the Warsaw court chamber, where he took part in the introduction of judicial reform in the Privislinsky region. At the end of 1877 he was appointed a member of the Warsaw regional court, in 1887 – a Deputy Chairman of the Kielce district court, in 1892 transferred to the same position in the Warsaw district court, and in 1896 was appointed a member of the Warsaw Judicial Chamber.

  In 1899, Reinke participated as a member of the special Commission formed in Warsaw to codify the local laws of the provinces of the Kingdom of Poland. In 1901, he was appointed a companion of the chief Prosecutor of the Civil cassation Department of the government Senate. In 1905, he was sent as a senior official at the disposal of Senator Turau, who was investigating the causes of the riots in Kiev. In 1906, he was appointed a member of the Advisory Board of the Ministry of justice. In may of the same year, he was assigned to review the records of Civil departments and Civil offices of the Siberian judicial chamber and the district court. In January 1907, he was appointed chief Prosecutor of the General Assembly and the United Presence of the 1st and cassation departments of the governing Senate. 

  In March 1910, Reinke was sent to the district of the Tiflis judicial chamber to review the judicial regulations. In 1911, he was appointed a Senator with the duties of chief Prosecutor of the General Assembly of the Cassation departments and the United Presence of the 1st and cassation departments. In the same year, he was sent to the Terek and Kuban regions to get acquainted with the activities of city courts. 

  From 1876 he published articles in the Moscow Gazette and the Warsaw Diary. Since 1881, he was a permanent employee of the Journal of Civil and Criminal Law and the Journal of the Ministry of Justice. The articles were mainly devoted to the development of civil law issues, especially the comparative study of General and local Polish law.]
