Good condition: slightly yellow. *Elikum Heinrich Loewe, 11 July 1869, Wanzleben, Prussia - 2 August 1951, Tel Aviv, was a German-Jewish journalist, opinionist, folklorist, linguist, oriental researcher, philosopher, and librarian. He was one of the leaders of the Zionist Movement in Germany and one of the pioneer librarians in Eretz Israel.
