Handwritten volume, Chidushim on Varied Sugyot - Zamlan (Kovno District), 1910 - Not Published
With Chidushim by the Geonim of Lithuania including Rabbi Eliezer of Telz.
This volume contains Chidushim and comments on varied halachic Sugyot, most of them on Choshen Mishpat and Hilchot Ribit.
The title of one of the leaves refers to the writer's city, Zamlan, Kovno district: "חקירה בענין אפותיקי בפה זאמלאן" and elsewhere, the year 1910 is mentioned: "מה שרציתי לומר על סיום נביאים שנת תר"ע לאומים".
The writer, among others, introduces a scholarly Kushiya he heard from the famed Gaon Rabbi Eliezer of Telz: "הייתי בטלז יום ג' לסדר וישב שמעתי ק[ו]שיא מהג[א]ב"ד דטלז" (Rabbi Eliezer of Telz passed away in Adar 1910). On another leaf, he introduces a Kushiya by Av Beis Din of Joniškis: "הקשה לי הרב הג' אב"ד דיאנישאק" (apparently referring to the Gaon Rabbi Nachim Bezalel Dzimtrovsky). In addition, he refers to a Kushiya by the Chofetz Chaim: "מה שהקשה בספר אהבת חסד להרב הג' מראדין". He also refers to Rabbi Zvi of Shidlitz [?].
