Rabbi Chaim Yitzchak HaCohen Blach (5621-5708) was an American Lithuanian rabbi who served as the rabbi of Plungyan and Visk in Lithuania and Latvia and later in Jersey City, New Jersey. He served as Vice President of the Association of Rabbis in America and Honorary President of the Association and one of the heads of the Vaad HaHatzala.
