In the letter he writes to the rabbi that they are honored to send to the Magistrate's Court two newspapers that are intended for the general public to include the Jewish holidays and their anniversaries. .

Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Aharonov (born in 1954) is a Chabad activist in Israel since the mid-1980s. He serves as chairman of a number of key organizations: the Chabad Youth Association in the Czech Republic, the Ohalei Yosef Yitzhak Lubavitch Network, Agudas Chasidei Chabad in the FSU, Chabad of Chernobyl. Aharonov also joined the Agudas Chasidei Chabad organization and was appointed its chairman. His appointment was controversial, and he resigned from his post.
