Hanukkah lamp silver, Poland. According to the Menorah from 1870
An impressive Hanukkah lamp, silver and engraved. Late work according to Menorah from Poland around 1870.
The upper section features a pair of lions on columns crouching above a gold-plated menorah, surrounded by decorative flowers and leaves. On the base, behind the oil holders, is an eagle, pair of birds and ram. On the right and left there is another pair of lions. The panel features decorative flowers and leaves. The oil holders rest on eagles and are surrounded by a platform with a lattice fence. Topped by a crown. Four legs. A pitcher-shaped, removable "shamash."
Height: 33 cm.
Width: 22 cm.
