Chinese Wooden Table - Magnificent Engraved Decorations - 19th Century
Wooden oval table with six legs. Magnificent impressive carving and engraving of war scenes with Chinese figures in traditional clothing with swords astride horses, on a background from ancient Chinese mythology, 19th century. Rare item.
The tabletop is protected with matching glass.
Widest diameter: 120 cm. Narrowest part: 75 cm. Height: 50 cm.
The table has three matching chairs. The backs of the chairs have fine carvings which match the table, each chair has four legs. Chair height: 33 cm. One chair is missing.
Rare and interesting item, very well preserved considering its age.
Light cracks and blemishes, fine condition.
